We built it for one simple reason: getting a clear answer to a money or planning question should take seconds, not a spreadsheet and a coffee break.
We are a small, independent team of developers and writers who genuinely enjoy turning complicated formulas into tools anyone can use. There is no giant corporation behind CalcPylot and no sales team waiting to call you. We build each calculator ourselves, test it against worked examples, and publish it because we think it should exist and be free.
